I purchased, “It Didn’t Work” in support of Lashunda, someone I’ve known since I was 5. However, as I read the book, I realized how much the words related to an experience I had and how God saw me through. Her book confirmed my connection with God during those hard times, and I was able to identify how each weapon was the exact weapon I had overcome. This book made me re-examine my transformation, the purpose in my trials and it made me appreciate where I’m standing today. Lashunda captured the essence of what many of us go through, how we go through and how to get through it. Through her vulnerability, she said to us that we are not alone on this journey. The walk with God is beautiful, even during challenging times, and we can still make it.
This is a must read powerful Word from God! This book made tears come to my eyes. It stirs the Spirit of God within your spirit! To God be the glory for this great woman of God!
This book was thoroughly enjoyable. We have all been through some form of trials and sometimes fail in coming out of them gracefully. God is always there to lean on and seek direction. Awesome book, classmate! Congratulations.
